Herman Miller’s digital transformation kicked off with its re-organization in 2018 and the digital team needed a future to point to.

I led a team of UX practitioners in a series of workshops and exercises to define our 5-year digital experience vision, prioritized user groups, experience promises, and “envisionments” of how we might make good on those promises.
